#enjolras#im trying to imagine situations that would result in enjolras dressed like this on a lifeboat#and what springs to mind is#his parents host this stuffy obnoxious party on a yacht#pretentious rich people life#and he gets so sick of arguing with evERYONE about everything#that he hops in the lifeboat as a rebellious fuck you to his parent#aaaaaaaaaand hot coastguard grantaire cant believe his eyes when he spots him#he genuinely thinks he’s seeing things#but he’s not#its really a hot boy in a boat#and obviously they see each other frequently and become best friends and later a couple and later in life like at their wedding or when they adopt kids etc#grantaire likes to bring up the story of finding a surly young enjolras in a boat#and on his deathbed enjolras tells grantaire ‘i’ll be waiting in my boat for you to join me’#ahhh#that got out of hand (via)
